Beautiful qualities in this stone

My most recent acquisition (September 2018). Very large and heavy with fascinating colours. It was very comforting and helpful when I had a chest infection that lingered for a while; placed in bed, on my chest and also in a warm bath it facilitated a good night’s sleep each time. A real comfort stone.

Present for wife

Received crystal ball today. It's very heavy but colour is a bit flat. There was no sage in the package and also the stand was broken in countless pieces. A plastic money bag is not exactly good packaging. Overall I'm happy with the crystal but it's the little things that I feel have left experience down

I personally matched the energy of the ball to the Lady in question, and felt that the crystal had a beautiful light ethereal yin energy, which would compliment each other perfectly.
Also you didn't actually order any sage, which is why you didn't receive any.
I am so sorry that the stand got broken in transit, and i would be more than happy to send you out a replacement if you would like one?
